News alert 1. Launch of the CulturalBase Project

”CulturalBase. Social Platform on Cultural Heritage and European Identities” is the title of the project started by Interarts and several European associates on May 2015 in the framework of the European Union Horizon 2020 programme for research and innovation. CulturalBase aims to contribute to the development of a common focus on the most relevant matters relating to the cultural heritage and European identities, through academic research and a shared production process the content of which is structured on the three basic axes that the main challenges to culture in Europe are based on: cultural memory, cultural inclusion and cultural creativity. The first member meeting for this project took place in Glasgow on May 14th and was attended by representatives from Barcelona University, University of Sussex, Central European University, Budapest European University Institute, Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Interarts.
